Safeguard Call Handling work closely with an approved list of trusted contractors to offer a quick and professional response to your out of hours emergency. We aim to refer calls to an approved contractor within 15 mins. Our experienced call handlers are trained to qualify the emergency by asking the right questions.
Our response rates are dependent on the quality of our information, so it is paramount to notify us of any changes. As part of the service we monitor volume of calls, type of request, contractor response time and number of calls required to connect your customer with the help they need.
All of our contractors have to provide a copy of their liability of insurance certificate, what ever qualifications they might hold and updated contact details. (FORM)
