Safeguard Call Handling Services Ltd deal with all emergency telephone calls from 16:45 through to 08:15 Monday to Friday.
Weekends include Saturday and Sunday, Bank Holidays and any other shutdown periods including both Summer and Christmas, more importantly there is no additional charge for holiday periods.
Our offices are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In addition to our out of hours service, our contact centre will also handle calls between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 on behalf of your Customer Care Team. Because of our efficiency and reliability, this service is being utilised more and more.
